Anchor Systems

Anchor points and eyebolts give a certified connection for personal fall arrest and rope access. We survey, install and load-test anchors to EN 795 for facade cleaning, maintenance and confined roof areas where a continuous lifeline is not practical. As approved Latchways installers we fit Constant Force posts and single-point anchors to the manufacturer’s specification, plan layouts around how the roof will actually be used, and certify every installation before it is put into service.

As approved Latchways installers we fit Constant Force posts and single-point anchors to the manufacturer’s specification. Layouts are planned around how the roof will actually be used, not only where fixing is easiest. Every installation is certified before use and can be retested on a routine inspection cycle.

When anchors are specified

Abseil and rope-access cleaning of facades
Short-duration roof maintenance in a confined area
Restraint at a specific plant item or hatch
Supplementing a horizontal lifeline where the cable cannot reach

Anchors are a personal measure. They only protect the person who is attached. Collective options such as guardrail should be considered first where the edge is used often.
